The Nocona Economic Development Corporation believes the best method for guiding work and expenditure of public or private funds to improve Nocona can best be accomplished by developing and publishing goals, plans and steps to achieve the optimum economic and cultural environment for the area.

The goals and objectives contained in this Strategic Plan are both short term and long term, and will require the combined efforts of all citizens, businesses, and public and private organizations to achieve the desired results.

Completion of the goals and objectives defined in the Strategic Plan will result in the following benefits:
